Worship Styleworship 2

At Gloria Dei, we welcome everyone to come as they are to our blended worship. We offer traditional music and contemporary pieces. You will see our Praise Team and hear our beautiful organ, along with a variety of special music mixed in. Our worship blends tradition, with confession and forgiveness, the creeds, and the Lord’s Prayer; with a message and prayers offered for today’s worshiper. What to wear is whatever you are comfortable in.

Communion is served on the first and third Sunday mornings of the month, every Saturday evening, and occasionally on Wednesdays evenings. Saturday/Sunday worship offers the same message at all services. Wednesday’s message will differ from the weekend worship services. Opportunities to serve at worship are available.

As God’s Word comes alive in our lives, we are changed forever, and we begin to experience the abundant life for which we were made.

Comment Received from a Visitor:

“I visited your church on Sunday. Please let those know who had the idea, and those who implemented the idea, that having the printed music (song sheets) available for the contemporary songs was greatly appreciated. I believe in singing in church. I think there is nothing more frustrating than to go to a church where they are singing contemporary songs that you do not know so therefore you can not participate. Please pass this along to all of those involved. Great idea!”
